Nowadays, I'm a grad student at The City College of New York as well as a freelance multimedia designer that obsesses over brands, edits podcasts, designs websites, graphics, & gives the occasional strategy.

I've gotten the opportunity to share my craft with mental health, ed tech, production, publishing, and military sectors that have all shaped me as a creative individual. Every project, every partnership has been an opportunity for growth, driving me to become the best I can be.

I won the award for the person you'd least expect to serve in the Air Force so I guess you could call me the creative maverick. In other words, I identify as one or more of the classifications of protected veteran listed above. By the way, I won't be one of your cool friends. Intrigued yet? Keep reading...

I gained an understanding of the principles and basic techniques in creating visual designs for events, brands, and advertising. I learned skills in composition, typography, layout, color theory, and context to produce high-quality design solutions across a variety of mediums. From user interfaces and motion graphics to mobile applications and web designs, I worked on how to plan, design, and execute graphic solutions that meet specific needs and achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, I developed the professional, analytical, collaborative, and technical skills necessary to thrive in a team-based environment and support collective goals. This helped me in defining and directing creative strategy in business settings, combining scope, messaging, and evaluation of success in digital campaigns.

As a student in the BIC Master of Professional Studies program, I am learning about the intricacies of branding and this rapidly evolving world. The curriculum is equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the challenges of creating and managing brand identity for both private and not-for-profit organizations that are both of the moment and the future. Through lectures, hands-on projects, and interactions with industry leaders, I am gaining a deep understanding of how digital communication and branding creates meaning and

adds value in society.
