A graduate school group and I were tasked to look into Surreal's target audience, create a persona, and come up with an experience. Surreal targets Millennials who are trying to find a balance between healthy and on-the-go meals. Surreal Dating is our solution for the ever-focused generation to try out a new cereal they'll love and get to meet like minded people. 

Let’s face it.
Dating is a little bit awkward.

Leading up to the event

  • Paid social

  • Partnership with dating apps Hinge and/or Bumble - Surreal’s event will appear leading singles RSVP

A Surreal Twist on Meet-ups: Singles Speed Dating

Surreal Dating

The Surreal restaurant:

  • Surreal brand colors in combination with romantic ambient lighting providing the perfect photo op, creating online buzz & exposure

  • Singles will try out different flavors & different dates

 

The “Flavor of Love” sheet:

  • Each single will have a flavor sheet

  • They'll jot down notes about the flavor they’re testing out, and notes about their dates

 

At the end of the night, all singles will walk away with a complimentary box of cereal with their favorite flavor - and a possible new date!
